By accessing and using Vyndrr, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our platform.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Your continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

To access certain features, you must create an account by providing accurate and complete information.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use our services.

You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account.

Landlords and Agents: You warrant that you have the legal right to list properties on our platform. All property information must be accurate, current, and not misleading.

House Hunters: You agree to use the platform only for legitimate housing search purposes and to respect property owners' rights.

All Users: You agree not to use the platform for any unlawful purpose or to transmit any harmful content, including spam, malware, or fraudulent listings.

Vyndrr provides a platform for property listings but is not a party to any rental agreements between landlords/agents and tenants.

We do not verify the accuracy of listings and are not responsible for the condition, legality, or availability of listed properties.

Users are solely responsible for verifying property details and conducting due diligence before entering any rental agreements.

Listing fees, if applicable, are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

Creating fake or duplicate accounts

Posting false, misleading, or fraudulent property listings

Harassing, threatening, or abusing other users

Attempting to circumvent the platform to conduct transactions externally to avoid fees

Scraping, data mining, or using automated systems to access the platform

Violating any applicable local, national, or international laws

All content, features, and functionality on Vyndrr are owned by us and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from our platform without explicit permission.

User-generated content (such as property listings and photos) remains the property of the respective users, who grant us a license to display and distribute such content on the platform.

Certain services on Vyndrr may require payment. All fees are stated in Kenyan Shillings (KES) unless otherwise specified.

Payments are processed securely through third-party payment providers. We do not store your payment card information.

All sales are final unless otherwise stated. Refunds are subject to our refund policy.

We reserve the right to change our fees at any time with reasonable notice.

Vyndrr is provided 'as is' without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

We are not responsible for disputes between users, property damage, personal injury, or financial losses resulting from transactions conducted through our platform.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the past 12 months.

You agree to indemnify and hold Vyndrr, its officers, directors, employees, and agents harmless from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

Your use of the platform

Your violation of these Terms and Conditions

Your violation of any rights of another party

Any content you post or transmit through the platform

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason at our discretion.

Upon termination, your right to use the platform will immediately cease, and we may delete your account and content.

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting our support team.

Sections of these terms that by their nature should survive termination shall remain in effect.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Kenya.

Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the platform shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Nairobi, Kenya.

You waive your right to participate in class action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration.

If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full effect.
